You will be granted a certain options package worth an USD amount that is based on your function/experience, your annual gross salary and management assessment.
Option volumes are proposed by management and approved by board
Strike price of options based on the current fair market value (officially audited 409a valuation)
Permanent after at least 1 year working with company
4 years vesting period with monthly vesting
Going forward multiple grants can happen
Your options are conveniently managed through a self-service online-portal
