Licensing

Crate.io distributes a large amount of first-party and third-party software under several different licenses. We license most open-source software developed by Crate.io (including CrateDB) under the Apache License Version 2.0. For third-party open-source software, we strive to follow the Apache Software Foundation's legal guidelines when deciding what to include in our open-source Apache-licensed projects.

You must consult the LICENSE file and the NOTICE file at the root of the source code repository for each software project for project-specific legal information.

Crate.io is a licensee of the Open Innovation Network (OIN).
