“Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, the Crate.io logo, “CrateDB”, the CrateDB logo, and “Open Machine Data Stack” are trademarks of Crate.io GmbH ("Crate.io"), registered in the E.U. and in other countries.

The Crate.io trademarks are valuable assets of the company. Developers who want to use any Crate.io trademark, word mark, or service mark in their promotional, instructional or marketing material or make references to our material online or in hard copy need to follow these guidelines.

Trademark usage guidelines

You acknowledge that Crate.io is the sole owner of the trademark.

You agree not to interfere with Crate.io’s rights in the trademark anywhere in the world.

You agree that any goodwill derived from using any Crate.io trademark inures to the benefit of Crate.io.

Use of the Crate.io logo and CrateDB logo is reserved only for licensees as per written license agreement.

“Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, “CrateDB”, and “Open Machine Data Stack” may not be part of a company or product name.

The “Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, “CrateDB”, and “Open Machine Data Stack” word marks must be smaller and less prominent than your product or service name

If you claim that your product or service “works with” or is “compatible with” “Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, “CrateDB”, or “Open Machine Data Stack” your product or service must fully function with CrateDB.

Do not use “Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, “CrateDB”, or “Open Machine Data Stack” in a way that creates the impression of affiliation with or endorsement from CrateDB or Crate.io.

Do not use “Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, “CrateDB”, or “Open Machine Data Stack” in a domain name or as part of a social media name.

Do not use “Crate”, “Crate Data”, “Crate.io”, “CrateDB”, or “Open Machine Data Stack” in connection with any unlawful activity or on any unlawful site.

When you use any Crate.io trademark, word mark, or service mark please add the following text: “ is a trademark of Crate.io GmbH, registered in the E.U. and in other countries”. Replace“” with the trademark or list of trademarks you have used, and adjust the grammar as necessary.
