In a fun and interactive way and through several hands-on technical activities, we will explore together how to analyze time-series data and contextualize it, how to build an AI-powered enterprise chatbot using vector search, and how to use AutoML to make advanced predictions. 

CrateDB's Lead Solution Engineer and Senior Solution Engineer will animate this free in-person event. Organized in small groups, we will have several technical hands-on sessions and see how to:

  • Explore and analyze time-series data, and contextualize it with enterprise data
  • Build an AI-powered chatbot using vector search
  • Use AutoML to make advanced predictions

This session is also a great opportunity to participate in deep technical discussions, and share your experience with your peers. Basic SQL knowledge is required.

Niklas Schmidtmer Lead Solution Engineer, CrateDB

Niklas is CrateDB's Lead Solution Engineer. With his team, he helps customers implement CrateDB in their environments and make the best use of CrateDB's features. Niklas gained experience in the database space by delivering various data warehousing and data integration projects. He holds a master's degree in computer science from the University of Passau.

Wierd van der Haar is an experienced Solutions Engineer with a strong focus on technical database-related expertise. Throughout his career, he has honed his skills in both technical and sales capacities. As a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, and presales consultant, he has effectively collaborated with various sales teams to discern and address customer needs, tailoring product demonstrations and solutions to align precisely with their specific database requirements.
